West Valley crushes Cuesta 41-10!
West Valley evened up their dual meet record with a 41-10 Non-Conference victory over Cuesta College on Friday night. This win puts the Vikings at 4-4-1 for the year. Lucas Duckwall (184) earned the first fall of the night with a 31 second pin. Also picking up falls for the Vikings were Demarco Villanova (197), Aris Harutyunyan (149), and Eddy Ngo (133), who pinned Mike Schultz at 4:00 in the 2nd round. Mark Bertron (157) ended the match with a Technical Fall at 6:50 in the 3rd period. This is the 2nd consecutive year that West Valley has defeated their rival Cuesta.
