Registration & Weigh-ins: Saturday Morning 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Wrestling Starts at 9AM
USA Wrestling Weight Classes and Age Groups
Wrestlers will be pooled by age groups:
Rookie (5 – 6 yrs)
Novice(11– 12 yrs)
Cadet (15 – 16 yrs)
Bantam (7 – 8 yrs)
School boy/girl (13 – 14 yrs)
Junior (17 – 18 yrs)
Midget (9 – 10 yrs)
Matches will be:
Rookie - Midget - 3 minutes running time
Novice - School Boy - 4 minutes running time
Cadet - Junior - 5 minutes running time
First wrestler to score 5 takedowns or has more takedowns when time expires wins the match. If score is tied then there will be a 1 minute overtime. If score is still tied wrestler who scored first takedown wins the match.
No USA card required!
Entry Fee: $15/wrestler – Guaranteed 3 matches
Wrestling will run continuously from start to finish on six mats to ensure an early finish.
