Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be misprinted, damaged, or defective, and unused (in the same condition that you received it). It will be helpful if the return is placed back in the original packaging.
To return your damaged product, you should mail it to: Wrestler Nation, 11025 Westlake Dr. , Charlotte NC 28273, United States. In some cases, we may only need a photo showing the defect rather than returned shipment.
To complete your return, follow these steps:

Leave your name, phone number and email address for correspondence with an explanation of the problem (include photos if possible).
2) Our customer service will determine the next steps and will contact you ASAP.
Though we do not typically refund for size exchanges, these dealings are not out of the question.
